I guess I can say this project grew up over the 12 months of wedding planning. I like words and he likes art, so we had a good place to start right from the beginning. 

These boards pretty much sum up the wedding for me…the hours that we put into diy-ing, the personal emotions we painted over the day, the creativity that flowed through it all and  the teamwork that we learnt (eventually…)

Planning and making the boards made me realise that you can’t weigh creativity. It comes in different forms, but you can’t measure up what you’ve got against someone else. 

* It also made me see that if, 3 days before your wedding, you have the patience to sit with your future husband in an empty room and paint for 6 hours (per board!) then you possibly have a very good, if a little unconventional, thing coming.
